Your purchases (once delivered) are not subject to returns or refunds. You may reach out to us to request alterations or to request item exchanges (both of which are subject to management approval)

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
